Returns & Refunds

All sales are final and are unable to be returned for a refund. Due to the condition sensitive nature, all purchased items are ineligible for return once shipped or delivered.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item was damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In some cases, errors may happen but all orders are inspected before being shipping

Cancellations

HippoBrickStudio reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Incorrectly priced item(s)
• Items that are out of stock or no longer available
• Suspicious, potentially fraudulent, or unverifiable orders
• System errors or checkout glitches

If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method
